Systime's History
| |
- |
Systime was started in New Zealand as an agency of an Australian product called
Midas, in 1980.
|
- |
A gradual increase in business resulted in the New Zealand company
being formed as a branch
of the Australian company in 1985.
|
- |
In 1991 David Hendl arranged a management buy out and at that time there were 45 customers
and 7 staff.
|
- |
In 1998 David purchased a company called SAM
with 350 MS DOS based
customers. Today there are 200 dos based customers, 800 windows users and an excellent support system.
|
- |
Systime has today grown into a group of 3 companies with 43 staff and over 1100 customers
in the motor industry.
|
- |
It is the market leader, and the computer department for over
1100 motor industry businesses.
|
|
| |
Over the past 20 years Systime has accumulated a huge knowledge and
feeling for the New Zealand motor industry. A large number of customers have been with the company since the 80’s and early 90’s as
