Training

Training is an ongoing strategy to enable your business to maintain and improve its efficiency. It may need to be undertaken for a number of reasons. Key staff may have moved on, or new software may have been purchased. Either way, ensuring your staff are competent with the use of the system will benefit your business. Training is important for new installations, new staff and when new software has been purchased.


Testing and Development

The support team has the responsibility of testing the Midas software to make sure it is ready for the end user. It also plans new additions to the software and once approved send them off to the programmers for implementation. Enhancements often come directly from our customers, so they are an important part of the ongoing development and refinement of our products.
